Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a WW Channel Private Cloud AI Technical Lead to drive the global technical success of HPE Private Cloud AI within HPE's global channel ecosystem.
The successful candidate will serve as the technical lead for channel-focused PCAI initiatives, engaging with strategic partners to increase partner confidence, accelerate technical readiness, and expand the ability of partners to independently position, architect, and sell PCAI solutions worldwide.
Key responsibilities include:
- Getting involved early to drive opportunity qualification and risk assessment
- Developing deal timelines, driving efficiencies, and ensuring Presales teams meet deal milestones and deadlines
- Driving deeper customer relationships
- Proactively managing resource requirements throughout deal pursuit
- Leading pursuit teams in developing and substantiating winning value propositions
- Leading negotiations for medium to large deals
- Maintaining excellent communication with customers at the line-of-business and CxO levels
- Validating and endorsing technical solutions, business cases, and financial and legal reviews
- Assembling and orchestrating resources to deliver competitive proposals
- Applying market intelligence and thought leadership to guide customer needs-based discussions
- Building team unity and efficiency through effective mentoring, coaching, and guiding peers
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related area of study with 10-15 years' experience
- Deep understanding of the company's portfolio and its application to business problems
- Strategic thought leadership with industry-recognized expertise in solutions and technologies
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, business process optimization, and facilitation of engagements
- Comprehensive understanding of the aaS ecosystem, its business value, and how it supports strategic goals
- Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills
- Executive-level communication skills, capable of influencing leaders, external audiences, and industry forums
- Solid understanding of financial returns and alignment with business goals
