Description
Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive to join its Enterprise team, focused on developing strategic accounts in the Retail sector. This role involves managing the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform, working with existing clients and new prospects to maximise their investments and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term global strategies for each account, aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, mobilising necessary resources (pre-sales engineers, professional services, partners).
- Identify and qualify new target accounts, formalising a market coverage plan within 30 days.
- Build lasting trust relationships with senior decision-makers within targeted organisations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in consultative sales of complex technological solutions in long and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to close strategic opportunities.
- Confirmed experience in acquiring new accounts in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in French and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of specific business challenges in the Retail sector and its purchasing cycles.
- Training in a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and oral.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
