About the Role
As a Support Associate at Wolt, you will be part of the live operations team, communicating with users, including customers, couriers, and restaurants. Your goal will be to provide the best possible support.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming live chats from customers, restaurants, and couriers during shifts.
- Collaborating with the support team and other departments to improve support functions.
- Providing both inbound and outbound telephone support.
- Proactively solving problems by monitoring order volume using internal tools.
- Ensuring smooth delivery operations in close collaboration with the operations team.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this position is between €2,059-€2,863 per month.
