Job Summary As a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant at CVS Health, you will be responsible for providing a world-class beauty experience to customers. You will share the latest beauty trends and techniques, provide personalized product advice, and offer various paid beauty services.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized sales support to customers
- Share knowledge of beauty trends and techniques to drive sales and promote products
- Offer ear-piercing services and other applicable services in-store
- Manage time effectively between consultations, scheduled services, and walk-in clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standards
- Participate in sales programs and events to stay up-to-date on products and promotions
Requirements
- Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state where you will be working
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Goal-driven with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours
