Procurement Agent (Procurement Admin)

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent to join the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) team in Tukwila, Washington, San Antonio, Texas, or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Job Summary: As a Procurement Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting sourcing strategies, negotiations, and contract documentation.

Responsibilities:

Associate Level 2:

• Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
• Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements
• Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documenting of contracts and agreements
• Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Experienced Level 3:

• Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
• Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
• Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management
• Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
• Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
• 2+ years of experience with procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries
• 2+ years of exposure to strategic sourcing, category management, or contract administration

• Associate Level 2:

+ Tukwila, WA: $74,800 - $92,400 + San Antonio, TX: $69,700 - $86,100 + Oklahoma City, OK: $64,600 - $79,800

• Experienced Level 3:

+ Tukwila, WA: $94,350 - $116,550 + San Antonio, TX: $88,400 - $109,200 + Oklahoma City, OK: $82,450 - $101,850
