Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Project Delivery Team at Howden Group Holdings.
The Business Analyst will provide analytical services such as requirements engineering, process modelling, and data analysis on various projects and initiatives.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business units, internal development teams, IT Infrastructure, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing quality business analysis services to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Collaborating with business units to deliver initiatives that increase revenue generation, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Identifying analysis tasks and managing own work on assigned projects
- Facilitating communication between various parties within and external to Howden Group Holdings
- Gathering and analyzing requirements for strategic and operational projects
- Creating and maintaining requirements documentation
- Identifying and documenting current business processes for existing or acquired companies
- Analyzing current processes for opportunities and improvements
- Supporting business and operations managers with the design and documentation of future processes and target operating models
