Zscaler is seeking a Senior Director, Global AR & Collections to join its Finance team. This hybrid role in Santa Clara, CA or U.S.-based remote position reports to the VP, Revenue Accounting.
The successful candidate will serve as the global process owner for the Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections lifecycle. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing the global AR, Credit & Collections process architecture, control framework, KPI model, transformation agenda, and end-to-end operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the global process owner for the end-to-end AR, Credit & Collections chain
- Owning the global AR, Credit & Collections process architecture, controls, data requirements, KPI framework, and performance outcomes
- Providing global leadership to the India OTC COE
- Partnering cross-functionally to improve upstream order quality and contract terms
- Leading the AR, Credit & Collections transformation agenda, including automation and analytics
The ideal candidate has 12+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, order-to-cash, revenue operations, or a related field. They must demonstrate AI fluency, experience leading large-scale global AR, Credit & Collections operations, and a strong understanding of end-to-end AR, credit, and collections processes.
Preferred qualifications include applied AI & automation experience, experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, software, technology, subscription, usage-based, or consumption-based business models, and public company experience with SOX controls and audit-ready operational processes.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $232,000-$290,000 USD, excluding commission/bonus/equity and benefits. Zscaler offers comprehensive benefits, including various health plans, time off plans, parental leave options, retirement options, education reimbursement, and in-office perks.
