Description
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team, where you will build strategic and sustainable relationships with large corporate customers. You will translate their security and ICT issues into integral, feasible commercial solutions and operate as a trusted advisor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring and advising at director level within the DMU, focusing on security value and business impact
- Leading the entire sales process and ensuring proposals fit within portfolio, compliance, and technical frameworks
- Connecting business risks and security maturity to concrete propositions
- Managing bids, steering on win/no-go decisions, and decision-making
- Leading strategic account planning, pipeline management, and forecast reliability
- Coordinating with presales, solutioning, product management, and delivery for feasibility and quality
- Building sustainable relationships, increasing share of wallet, and ensuring CRM data accuracy in Salesforce
You will be part of the Sales & Solutions team, which forms the commercial connection with presales, solutioning, product management, and delivery.
Requirements:
- Senior stakeholder management combined with sharp analysis and convincing propositions
- Experience in B2B sales in IT/Networking/Security with a proven track record in multi-stakeholder projects
- Security literacy: commercially discussing maturity improvement, detect & respond, zero-trust, compliance context
- Bid management: pricing, risk, conditions, internal decision-making, governance, and DMU navigation
- Sales hygiene: discipline in funnel/forecast, accurate dossier formation in Salesforce
- Education/skills: university or higher education level or extensive experience; excellent Dutch and English communication; digital/AI skills
