Working as a Style Consultant at Target means being part of a team that delivers an exceptional guest experience through strong operations, visual merchandising, and outstanding customer service.
The role involves driving sales, maintaining a fully stocked and organised sales floor, and providing excellent guest service. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Executing visual standards and promotional signage to create an engaging shopping environment
- Maintaining product availability and a full sales floor by prioritising fills and merchandising to capacity
- Supporting guest services, including order pickup and Drive-up
- Providing exceptional guest service, responding to guest queries, and resolving issues promptly
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve the overall shopping experience
- Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and scan merchandise, as well as climb ladders
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
