Description

We are seeking a highly organised General Affairs Specialist to support the administrative, facility, and finance-related operations of Hyundai Motor Group Racing.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily office operations, compliance with local administrative requirements, and effective communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Manage general office operations, including supplies procurement, inventory control, and visitor reception.
  • General Affairs Support: Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, employee welfare, and workplace-related requests.
  • Finance & Accounting Assistance: Help with small expense processing, basic cost settlement tasks, and vendor invoice verification.
  • Communication & Documentation: Draft internal and external communications, coordinate with headquarters, Germany, and France, and schedule external service providers.
  • Facility & Safety Management: Liaise with building management for facility-related issues, maintain safety-related documents, and support planning of periodic safety inspections.
  • Local Compliance & Administrative Support: Assist with communication and document exchange with local authorities, tax offices, and insurance agencies.
  • Car Fleet Management: Organise truck and pool car appointments, insurance, repairs, and TÜV.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative support, office management, or general affairs.
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with external vendors and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multinational corporate environments.
  • Basic knowledge of French administrative systems (tax, workforce regulations, facility norms).
  • Understanding of finance processes (invoices, PR/PO, VAT).
