AMS HP Indigo is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex technical training to customers and HP internal employees on the entire HP Indigo digital press portfolio.
The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent time management and prioritization skills, who can work both independently and as part of a larger team. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, be bold, and willing to pilot new technologies and methodologies to provide the best customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering HP Indigo Operator training classes and performing Production Optimization Visits
- Completing pre- and post-class administrative tasks
- Maintaining labs and equipment
- Collaborating with team members to develop training materials and content
- Staying up-to-date on HP Indigo press models and features
- Providing technical consulting during contract renewal discussions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
The salary range for this role is $73,800 to $113,650 USD annually, with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and generous time off policies.

- Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Solid business acumen
Preferred skills include:
- Fluent in Spanish
- Color Management experience
- G7 Certification
- Prior training/teaching experience
- Strong technical knowledge of HP Indigo digital press technology
