As a Sr Principal Product Manager, you will independently lead and drive the go-to-market product strategy and operational product roadmap for Private Cloud AI products. You will create and articulate the value proposition, target customer segments, and business cases to effectively drive go-to-market activities. You will serve as the voice of the field, collaborating with sellers to bring customer requirements into the product management team.
Responsibilities:

- Create and articulate the value proposition, target customer segments, and business cases to effectively drive go-to-market activities
- Serve as the voice of the field, collaborating with sellers to bring customer requirements into the product management team
- Synthesize market requirements into marketing/customer details through intimate customer knowledge and business, financial, and industry market acumen
- Actively engage across verticals or customer segment engagements
- Collaborate with tech marketing, product marketing, and sales operations to ensure effective positioning and marketing of Private Cloud AI products
- Act as a leader, providing guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members and influencing them to build effective requirements and roadmaps
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study; MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
- 10+ years of work experience in a related field
- Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry
- Translation of technical requirements/functions into business value for the customer
Knowledge and Skills:
- Extensive team skills and ability to cross-functionally drive/influence work through others
- Ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects
- Works cross-functionally to align with marketing, operations, and other functions
- Extensive business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection
- Communicates effectively and can tailor message to various audiences
- Ability to engage with analysts and industry experts
- Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and can provide product-specific technical training to the team

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – United States of America: Annual Salary USD 169,500 - 322,500 in Colorado // 161,500 - 370,500 in Minnesota & Texas
