Description
We are seeking a Python Developer in test (Software Development Engineer in Test) to join our development team in automating the back-end part of the Ajax ecosystem.
Our products operate on a microservice architecture, processing data from millions of devices in real-time, making the quality of the back-end crucial to the reliability of our users' security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining a test framework
- Creating quality control tools
- Integrating tests and tools into the CI/CD process
- Analyzing test results
- Supporting other teams in working with the test framework and quality control tools
Requirements:
- Understanding of design principles (OOP, SOLID, DDD, TDD, BDD)
- Proficient in Python (Core & standard libraries, PyTest, Multiprocessing & Threading & Async)
- Basic knowledge of Bash/Unix
- Understanding of CI/CD
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
- Basic familiarity with Docker
- Experience with Git
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Testrail
- Basic knowledge of testing theory
Nice to Have:
- Experience with low-level binary protocols
- Experience with gRPC
- Experience with TCP-level protocols
