We are seeking a registered nurse to join our team at Shaftsbury Mews in Jordanstown, Belfast. The successful candidate will be part of a compassionate team providing personalised care to 18 individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and physical health needs.
The role involves providing specialist clinical knowledge and support to the nursing team, overseeing clinical and care needs of service users, and ensuring proactive clinical risk assessment and management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing specialist clinical knowledge and expertise to the nursing team and wider multidisciplinary team
- Having oversight of the clinical and care needs of all service users
- Ensuring proactive clinical risk assessment and management
- Constructively reviewing and challenging nursing practice in the service
The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse on a relevant part of the NMC register, with evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the service.
