Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Scunthorpe Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
The working pattern for this role is:
- Thursday: 18:00-22:00
- Friday: 18:00-22:00
- Saturday: 18:00-22:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
