Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Springs Leeds Foodhall, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering excellent customer service.
We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to drive sales and help customers discover our products.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing style advice and five-star service
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Keep standards high while balancing speed and accuracy
- Contribute to a positive store environment and support colleagues
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities
The role involves working early mornings, specifically Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 04:00-12:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
A + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added to hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
