Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to lead our team at Swissôtel Tashkent, the first Swissôtel property in the capital of Uzbekistan.
The successful candidate will develop and execute the hotel's commercial strategy, focusing on corporate sales and MICE. They will build relationships with key clients, negotiate and conclude contracts, and lead the sales and marketing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the hotel's commercial strategy
- Building relationships with key clients and negotiating contracts
- Leading the sales and marketing team and tracking results
- Participating in budget preparation and revenue analysis
- Collaborating with the operational team and Revenue Management to drive hotel performance
Requirements:
- Experience in 4-5 star hotels
- At least 1.5 years as a Director of Sales and Marketing or Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing
- Proven track record of attracting and developing corporate clients
- Understanding of the hotel market, MICE, and yield management principles
- Leadership experience and ability to work with budgets and commercial reporting
- Fluent Russian and confident English language skills. Uzbek language skills are a plus.
