Description
Visa is seeking a Product Manager to support its Master Data Platform within the Global Data Office. The role involves driving the vision, roadmap, and delivery of platform capabilities that enable consistent, trusted, and scalable master data across Visa.
The Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, architecture, business stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver data products that improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and enhance data accessibility across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for Master Data Platform capabilities
- Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into well-defined product requirements
- Prioritizing the product backlog and balancing business value, customer needs, technical dependencies, and platform scalability
- Partnering with engineering and architecture teams to design and deliver capabilities supporting master data creation, matching, enrichment, management, and consumption
- Defining API, integration, and data service requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of platform capabilities
- Driving Agile product development processes and establishing product success metrics
- Communicating product vision, roadmap progress, priorities, and delivery outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree. Preferred qualifications include experience in product management, business analysis, data management, or platform delivery within a technology, data, payments, or financial services environment.
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days in the office each week. The estimated salary range for this position is $149,400.00 to $238,500.00 USD per year.
