Description
As a Senior Cloud Software Developer at GDIT, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing a suite of mission-critical applications for a national security customer.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support the development of applications that support national security.
- Collaborate with highly-skilled software developers across multiple organizations.
- Drive the development of new applications, enhancements of existing applications, and integration of existing applications across multiple platforms.
- Utilize AWS Cloud Services across multiple networks.
Requirements:
- Experience with Java-based applications development.
- Proficient with Linux/UNIX.
- Experience with AWS services and working in an AWS cloud environment.
- Willing to develop and implement solutions in a cohesive team environment.
- Experience working on a SCRUM team supporting Lean Agile Framework with JIRA products.
- Conducts routine quality assurance activities such as peer code reviews.
- Experience with GIT and Jenkins.
- Demonstrated experience with webservice design and development.
- Experience with continuous integration, test automation, and DevOps methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience implementing microservices.
- Government customer architecture/engineering board experience.
- Experience implementing AWS cloud solutions.

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $124,200.
