Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Soho House's Electric House in West London, you will oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure all areas of the club are kept in excellent condition.
You will play a key role in supporting the club's operations by maintaining a safe, well-maintained, and fully functional environment for members, guests, and staff.
Key duties include:
- Supervising daily maintenance operations, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Allocating and monitoring tasks to maintenance technicians
- Conducting regular inspections of all building areas and equipment
- Liaising with external contractors and vendors
- Managing the Preventative Maintenance Schedule (PPM)
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities
- Supporting the club's operations team during events or emergencies
- Collaborating with other teams to minimise downtime
- Training and mentoring junior team members

Requirements include:
- 3-5 years in a building maintenance or engineering role
- 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Broad technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facilities upkeep
- Experience managing contractors, PPM schedules, and maintenance logs
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance standards
