Description
The SAR Product team at Tekever is seeking a highly skilled Radio Frequency Engineer to contribute to the development of RF systems and RF instruments for ground, airborne, and satellite products. This role involves designing and testing RF systems, combining electromagnetic simulations with hands-on lab work and close collaboration across engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create electromagnetic simulation models of hardware (Filters, RF PCB layout, Power amplifiers) to design and evaluate performance using tools like Altair, HFSS, TICRA, and ADS.
- Utilize expertise in RF instrumentation, including spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and signal generators.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, FPGA, DSP, and software engineers to design and validate RF systems.
- Prepare test plans and test reports, and perform RF lab tests.
Requirements:
- More than one year of working experience in antenna/RF technologies design, testing, and qualification.
- Advanced understanding of electromagnetic theory and electronic properties of materials.
- Familiarity with digital signal processing and software-defined radios.
- Focus on requirements and problem analysis.
- Capable of writing and consulting documentation.
- Experience in automated testing.
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.
