Description
We are seeking an AI Process and Automation Specialist to join our studio in Beijing. As an AI Process and Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing existing management and project processes, identifying efficiency bottlenecks, and implementing automation solutions using AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing management and project processes to identify efficiency bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using mainstream AI tools and automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, Coze, and Dify.
- Develop efficient prompts and customized AI bots/agents for specific work scenarios.
- Integrate AI tools with existing project management software and communication tools.
- Establish AI tool usage guidelines and provide training to studio members.
- Continuously track the latest AI trends and iterate on existing automation processes.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, operations management, or digital transformation.
- Familiarity with mainstream AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and experience with automation or AI orchestration tools.
- Experience with agile development, Scrum, or traditional project management processes.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication skills.
