FBS Claims Operations Specialist - Pune (November)

This position provides back-office support to the claims operations by performing accurate data entry, document management, and routine reporting while ensuring timely and quality claims administration.

The role supports and coordinates with internal teams to facilitate efficient claims processing. You will follow established procedures, production standards, and confidentiality requirements while contributing to overall operational effectiveness and service quality.

Shift timings: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance, finance, healthcare, or BFSI domain (banking, healthcare insurance, P&C Claims, back office experience, Retail)
• Good communication, data entry, and document management skills
