The starting hourly rate is $16.00 USD per hour, with a pay range of $16.00 USD - $24.00 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

As a seasonal team member, you will:

• Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
• Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
• Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

Physical Demands

As a seasonal team member, you will be required to:

• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
