Description
Join a hotel within the Accor network, where you will have the opportunity to discover various operational roles within the hotel by rotating across different departments (Reception, Breakfast, Housekeeping, etc.). As an intern, your main missions will be:
- To welcome, inform, and satisfy our clients throughout their stay
- Participate in daily check-in/check-out operations
- Contribute to setting up and serving breakfast
- Ensure the cleanliness and good condition of spaces (rooms, common areas)
- Apply quality standards and internal procedures (ibis brand, Accor group)
- Collaborate with teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience
You are currently studying in the hospitality-restaurant sector or wish to discover this field. You have a service-oriented mindset, a smile, and a pleasant demeanor. Good presentation and organizational skills are required, as well as teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability. Fluency in French is necessary, and English is an asset. You are available to work according to a schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.
