Description
As a Benefits Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting one of Bupa's corporate clients across their pensions, benefits, and wellbeing programmes.
You will provide operational and administrative support across a range of employee benefits, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining records, and smooth benefit programme operations.
Working closely with HR and Reward stakeholders, benefit providers, and internal Bupa teams, you will support reporting activities, manage benefit data, and help resolve queries across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of pensions, benefits, and wellbeing programmes
- Maintain and validate employee benefits data, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
- Produce regular reports and data extracts to support HR and Reward stakeholders
- Assist with benefits enrolments, renewals, and employee lifecycle activities
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, working with providers and internal teams where required
- Support invoice processing, reconciliations, and routine reporting activities
- Respond to employee and HR queries relating to pensions and benefits
- Help ensure processes are completed in line with agreed policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and support benefits-related projects when required
Requirements
- Previous experience within HR, benefits, pensions, reward, or a similar administrative environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, reports, and large volumes of information
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving and resolving queries
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- An interest in employee benefits, pensions, and wellbeing programmes
