Description
We are seeking a LiveSmart Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing Group, located at Colmer Court in Burgess Hill. The successful candidate will provide a focused management service to our residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes.
The LiveSmart Manager will be responsible for managing access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors, and will be a key-holder for the building, ensuring security of the communal areas and facilities.
As the first point of contact for our residents, the LiveSmart Manager will have excellent communication skills and be capable of working with other internal teams to deliver services to residents.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Facilities Management and a working knowledge and understanding of the housing/building management sector, with good IT skills on a range of systems.
In return for your hard work, we offer a salary of £25,179 - £32,203 per annum, 36 hours per week, and a range of benefits to support you and your lifestyle.
