Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and learning the ins and outs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Training: Participate in our comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Business Acumen: Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including our brand, products, and distribution network.
- Daily Preparation: Obtain all necessary tools and insights to execute your daily plan, and effectively communicate with your Account Sales Managers (ASMs) and District Sales Managers (DSMs).
- In-Route Support: Support ASMs on their routes, cover ASM routes as needed, and meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
- Off-Route Support: Assist with audits, blitzes, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage

Salary Range: $19.95 to $22.05 per hour
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
