Description
As a Compliance Technologist at Sainsbury's, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance and due diligence within the Food Commercial division.
You will lead the delivery of due diligence management and ensure compliance with Technical KPIs within the Food Commercial division. Your role will involve engaging with suppliers, Technical Managers, and the Central Technical team to drive compliance and effective incident management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed investigations on compliance issues
- Identifying root causes and implementing action plans to address them
- Supporting the coordination of external partner information for efficient risk assessment and assurance processes
- Managing the Incident Management procedure
- Providing technical support for the Wholesale business
- Contributing to the development and management of Technical documents and communication of changes both internally and externally
You are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in technical compliance and due diligence management within the food industry. You demonstrate excellent judgement, influence, and a proactive approach to identifying root causes of compliance issues and implementing effective action plans.
