The Head of Transformation will lead the design and delivery of the overall transformation portfolio for the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The role involves managing a flexible team, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring strategic alignment across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have direct experience in structuring, running, and managing complex transformation projects, with excellent relationships with senior managers and members. They will possess strong leadership, influencing, and people management skills.
