We’re Workday, a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. We're looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Workday VNDLY team.
About the Role As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in integrating Workday VNDLY with various external applications, including Workday, to support and enhance our customers' contingent labor programs. This role involves leading complex technical workstreams, designing and implementing solutions that align with customer requirements, and ensuring seamless data synchronization across systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical workstreams and design solutions that meet customer requirements
- Implement creative solutions to integrate Workday VNDLY with external applications
- Ensure seamless data synchronization across systems
- Collaborate with cross-discipline deployment teams to gather customer requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development
- OR 5+ years of client-facing experience in a technical consulting, requirements gathering, and solution design capacity
- OR 5+ years of implementation experience with Human Resource or VMS software applications
- Workday Pro Workday Orchestrate Developer Services Certification
- Proficient skills with Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, Java, Python, or other integration technology
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders
