Responsibilities:
- Ensure professional customer contact and exclusive customer service in our Porsche Centre
- Receive, greet, and care for our customers
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Handle phone calls and order intake
- Operate the cash register
- Support the service team with organisational and commercial tasks
Requirements:
- Successful completion of commercial training - but lateral entrants are also welcome
- Experience in a car dealership is beneficial
- Proficient use of common MS Office applications
- Structured and independent work style
- Confident, friendly demeanour and pronounced customer orientation
- High quality and time orientation
