Ninja Van, a leading tech-enabled logistics company in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Station Head - Bukit Rahman Putra (Last Mile).
Job Overview
As a Station Head at Ninja Van, you will oversee daily operations at the Bukit Rahman Putra station, ensuring efficient delivery services.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Supervise staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
- Act as a hub manager when needed.
- Handle cash on delivery transactions and ensure daily banking.
- Collaborate with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Control inventory and manage shipments to minimize losses and damages.
- Perform other tasks as instructed by superiors.
Additional Responsibilities
- Comply with Quality Management System, OH&S management system, and GDPMD system requirements.
- Prioritize personal and others' safety.
- Participate in related programs such as training, campaigns, inductions, and others.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Salary
The salary range for this position is MYR 2,500-2,800 per month.
