Description
We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven Associate Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of analytics platforms and investment tools for Agency MBS, Gov/Corp Bonds and Interest Rate Derivatives within the LSEG Analytics team.
The successful candidate will define and execute the product vision and roadmap for these asset classes, overseeing key products such as the Yield Book Calculator.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the product vision and roadmap for Agency MBS, Gov/Corp Bonds and Interest Rate Derivatives
- Overseeing the Yield Book Calculator
- Aligning product development with market trends, client needs, and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring performance of securitized products and identifying actionable insights
- Staying up-to-date with market developments, transaction structures, and regulatory changes
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, proposition, sales, CSM and marketing teams
- Leading client presentations on our capabilities
- Gathering feedback from institutional clients and translating it into product features
The role requires:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in structured finance, preferably in product management or analytics
- A deep understanding of non-agency RMBS, ABS, and CLO structures
- Proficiency in structured finance tools
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with the Yield Book product set
- Understanding of model-derived analytics and how to build them
In terms of compensation and benefits, LSEG offers:
- An anticipated base salary of $83,500 - $139,300
- Eligibility for the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
