Mastercard is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with engineers to build world-class microservices and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or a comparable field, and up to 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management. The role requires advanced communication skills, strong leadership, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Jira, and Rally Tools.
The Technical Program Manager will play a key role in transforming the B2B space to standardize, automate, and optimize digital payment efficiency for buyers and sellers. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects from inception to completion, managing end-to-end delivery of engineering work, and building and maintaining integrated project schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineers to build world-class microservices and web applications
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion
- Manage end-to-end delivery of engineering work

- Collaborate with engineering managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities, and establish delivery milestones
Requirements:
