Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our mid-market enterprise sales efforts. You'll drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closure, and work closely with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to help customers evolve their industry with AI.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, developing and executing strategies for comprehensive account plans
- Lead prospects' journeys from consideration to successful deployment
- Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs and projects
- Own a consumption revenue target and manage consumption revenue forecasts
- Analyze key account metrics to create reports and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor the industry landscape to contribute to product roadmap and corporate strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solutions, marketing, and engineering
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new teammates and development of company culture
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service
- Proven track record of designing and executing complex deal strategies
- Experience supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience leading high-visibility customer events and gathering market intelligence
