You will be part of the Data Center Asset Management team, focusing on commercial aspects of data center campus development.
Responsibilities
- Manage live renegotiations, ensuring accurate documentation and identifying discrepancies.
- Draft and review term sheets, amendments, and formal notices with internal and external counsel.
- Coordinate internal approvals and sign-offs from various departments.
- Maintain communication with developers and their counsel regarding deliverables and dates.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and identify issues.
- Oversee version control, notice calendars, and claims registers.
- Assist in onboarding new team members.
Requirements
- Experience handling complex commercial agreements in real estate, energy, infrastructure, or similar fields.
- Ability to interpret leases and contracts, identifying risks and consequences.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable with construction site visits and interacting with management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Legal or commercial training preferred but not required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in data center, power, or heavy industrial development.
- Background in amending or restructuring troubled projects.
- Familiarity with AI tools for document comparison and tracking.
Logistics
- Full-time position.
- Compensation: $1-$2 USD per year.
- Regular travel to project sites (~30%).
- Hybrid work policy with at least 25% office time.
