Description
As a Team Member at NEXT's Enfield Retail Park, you will be part of a fast-paced store team focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and efficient stock operations. Your shifts will be 10.5 hours per week, on Sundays from 12:00 to 16:30, Mondays from 15:15 to 18:15, and Saturdays from 11:45 to 14:45.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing fast and friendly service to customers
- Sharing your passion and knowledge about NEXT's products
- Working across all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms, and processing deliveries
- Taking control of your own development

The application process involves an online assessment with a Working with Numbers and a Retail Scenarios test, followed by an in-store interview.
