As a BBL Leerplek Retail employee at Coolblue, you will work as a shop assistant while learning about our products and mission to amaze customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Advising customers using your growing product knowledge and asking the right questions.
- Providing tailored solutions so every customer leaves the store with a smile.
- Improving in-store processes, such as thinking about how to increase sales.
- Challenging yourself with targets and taking your sales skills to the next level.
You will receive:
- A salary of €2,539 per month based on 40 hours, with an annual increase.
- A flexible schedule, allowing you to plan your hours and balance school commitments.
- 8% holiday pay, pension, and travel cost reimbursement (for distances over 10km).

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a BBL MBO 3 or MBO 4 education in Retail Specialist or Retail Manager.
- Availability of at least 3 full days per week, working 8 hours a day.
- Proficiency in Dutch speaking and writing.
- Ability to empathize with customers and their needs.
- A Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (Certificate of Good Conduct), which we will reimburse.
