The People Experience team at Grab is a collaborative group focused on developing a forward-thinking and future-ready people function. As a People Experience Intern, you will support the planning and coordination of employee onboarding and immersion activities, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and immersion session logistics, timelines, materials, and partner inputs.
- Prepare and update participant communications, session guides, FAQs, and supporting information.
- Track registrations, action items, and preparation milestones, and follow up with partners as needed.
- Assist in delivering OneGrab immersion and other onboarding sessions, resolving routine coordination issues and escalating blockers to relevant owners.
- Gather and organise participant and partner feedback, summarising themes and proposed follow-ups for process owners to review.
- Utilise approved GenAI tools to draft or refine session materials, communications, and feedback summaries, verifying outputs and adhering to data-handling requirements.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Undergraduate programme.
- Ability to coordinate tasks, information, and deadlines across multiple partners, and track follow-ups to completion.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office to maintain trackers and prepare clear, accurate session materials.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills for participant-facing information.
- Ability to organise input from stakeholders across teams or countries and summarise it into themes and practical follow-up actions.
- Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and contribute new ideas.
- Familiarity with process-mapping or project-tracking tools.
