Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at Swindon Orbital Retail Park. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working across the wider store where needed, ensuring our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock and deliveries
- Operating mechanical equipment
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Working flexibly across different areas of the store
- Supporting colleagues across the store
Working Hours:
- Monday 04:00 - 09:15
- Thursday 04:00 - 09:15
- Friday 04:00 - 19:15
- Saturday 06:00 - 11:15
Additional Requirements:
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
- You must be 18 years or older to apply due to operating mechanical equipment.
- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
