Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Falkirk Retail Park Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to driving sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a dynamic retail setting
This role involves working early mornings, with shifts from 05:00 to 11:00 on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. Due to operational requirements, you may be required to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, with an additional £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
