We're seeking a Senior Integrated Producer with a keen eye, strong instincts, and extensive experience producing integrated campaigns across digital, content, and experiential.
As a Senior Producer at Thinkingbox, you will work on a diverse range of global clients, including gaming, tech, and entertainment, supporting projects from concept to delivery. You will lead integrated production on campaigns that combine live experiences, content, and digital components, ensuring timely, budgeted, and high-quality execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading integrated production on multi-component campaigns
- Managing all phases of production, from scoping to final delivery
- Collaborating with creative, strategy, and client services teams
- Overseeing vendor and freelance crew management
- Serving as the primary client contact during production
- Real-time problem-solving to maintain creative integrity and schedules
- Ensuring high polish and creative standards across all deliverables
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of production experience, focusing on integrated campaigns
- Experience with top-tier brands and agencies
- Comfort working with various media formats
- Strong production budgeting and resourcing knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel for shoots or activations as needed

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 95,000 per year.
