Description
The London Borough of Sutton is seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor or Principal Building Control Surveyor to join their Building Control team. The successful candidate will manage a range of domestic and commercial applications under the Building Regulations, contribute to the team's activities, and assist in the learning and development of less experienced staff.
The role offers hybrid working with daily site visits, a competitive salary ranging from GBP 42,060 to 59,511 per year, and an additional yearly Market Supplement of either £5,000 or £20,000 depending on the grade.
The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification giving membership to a recognised Building Control body, experience working in Building Control, and a thorough understanding of Building Regulations and related legislation.
