Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care team in Croydon. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for empowering and supporting people who need signposting, community support, or direct help from the Council.
The role is primarily case work focused, but also includes community liaison through GP Huddles and ICN+ Partnership, working with Health & the Voluntary sector. You will be working with vulnerable adults, their families, and representatives, and will be required to develop links and networks within a locality setting.

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified and registered Social Worker with over two years post-qualifying experience, and ideally have successfully completed your Assessed Year in Supported Employment (ASYE) as a newly qualified Social Worker.
