At T. Rowe Price, you will help identify and invest in opportunities to drive growth. As an Analyst, your primary goal is to help T. Rowe Price own the best-performing stocks to ensure strong portfolio performance.
You will become an expert in a particular area or industry to make informed judgments about company prospects and stock performance. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting due diligence on companies and industries through research, financial statement analysis, and site visits
- Providing insights and stock recommendations to Portfolio Managers
- Performing bottom-up fundamental research on your sector coverage universe
- Creating and maintaining detailed financial models and forecasts
- Staying up-to-date on financial markets, instruments, and T. Rowe Price funds and strategies
- Collaborating with global colleagues
To qualify, you need:
- A BA/BS degree
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience covering Asia Ex Japan equities as a buy-side or sell-side research analyst
- A verifiable track record of strong stock-picking performance
- Highly motivated and confident self-starter with effective communication skills
- Ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across various topics
- CFA certification preferred
