Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Customer Contract Analyst to own and manage contracts and change order processes, working proactively with Project Leads and Business Development to drive revenue targets and departmental goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining ownership of and managing contract processes to ensure timely delivery and execution
- Negotiating and preparing contracts, budgets, and related documents for complex clinical trials
- Driving quarterly revenue targets through active workload management and prioritization
- Developing customer relationships and working independently with Project Managers and customers
- Updating and maintaining timely records in CRM and Contract Management Systems
- Working consistently within department metrics and timelines for document completion
- Following all review processes and striving to deliver high-quality products
- Maintaining flexibility and adapting to changing priorities
The ideal candidate will have:
- A BA/BS degree in Business Administration or Finance with a minimum of 2 years of experience in budgeting, finance, proposal development, and/or contracts management within a clinical research/pharmaceutical environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and costing models
- Ability to prepare and interpret budgets
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
