Description
The Global Marketing & Digital Wealth organization at BlackRock is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives supporting the strategic priorities of the Wealth and Institutional businesses in Japan.
You will work closely with local and regional marketing teams, Corporate Communications, client business teams, product teams, and other partners to shape the marketing direction and translate business priorities into effective campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Japan's Commercial Marketing strategy across Wealth and Institutional
- Own the marketing commercialization strategy for priority investment capabilities and product launches
- Develop differentiated strategies for priority client segments and distribution channels
- Develop integrated campaigns across paid, owned and partner channels
- Partner closely with regional teams across Content, Digital, Events and Brand
- Establish clear measurement frameworks across brand, engagement and commercial outcomes
- Own and prioritize the Commercial Marketing budget
- Provide leadership across the Commercial Marketing agenda
- Ensure all activity meets BlackRock's marketing standards, governance, controls and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in financial services
- Deep commercial awareness and client acumen
- Proven track record in commercial, channel or product marketing
- Experience across modern digital marketing, audience segmentation and client journeys
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilize local, regional and global teams
- Excellent execution and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
