Description
We're seeking a Conduct and Compliance Risk Manager to shape how we manage conduct and compliance risk across our Financial Services propositions at Argos. As our subject matter expert, you'll help us navigate an evolving regulatory landscape while ensuring we meet our FCA obligations and deliver good outcomes for customers.
You'll own our Conduct & Compliance Framework, provide trusted advice and challenge to senior stakeholders, and lead our day-to-day relationship with the FCA. This role has real breadth and visibility, where you'll influence decisions, strengthen our approach to compliance and make an impact across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading conduct and compliance across Financial Services propositions
- Owning and developing our Conduct & Compliance Framework
- Leading risk assessment, monitoring and regulatory change
- Translating complex regulatory requirements into practical actions
- Leading our risk-based Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Coordinating regulatory requests and reviews with the FCA
- Providing trusted advice to stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior compliance or regulatory risk role within a UK-regulated financial services business, strong working knowledge of the FCA Handbook, and experience engaging directly with the FCA.
