Description
Dovetail is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to partner with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to turn product stories, customer proof, and account signals into qualified enterprise pipeline.
The successful candidate will own targeted demand programs for new and existing enterprise customers, working closely with various teams to build programs that create opportunities and help progress complex deals.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise demand plan, setting priority audiences, account segments, offers, campaign calendar, targets, and budget.
- Build integrated campaigns turning product launches, customer stories, and market moments into coordinated programs.
- Run account-based marketing programs with Sales to select accounts, map buying groups, and identify account signals.
- Create expansion demand working with Sales and Customer Success to reach new teams and senior buyers inside existing enterprise customers.
- Work inside the sales motion, joining pipeline reviews and giving sellers a clear follow-up plan.
- Build, measure, and scale an AI-powered demand engine, owning tools, workflows, and automation.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, account-based marketing, or growth.
- Strong account-based marketing fundamentals, including account selection, buying-group research, and intent signals.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
- Ability to build and measure a demand engine, with a focus on sales acceptance, opportunity progression, pipeline, and revenue.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Engineering.
